Returns Policy
Change of mind: Please choose carefully as we do not refund any item bought online or in store, unless it is faulty.
Returning items: You can return most items with the exception of "Sale Items". If you have changed your mind on an item we are happy to exchange it for you or provide you with a gift card or store credit. Items must be in original, unused condition, complete with original packaging, instruction manuals etc. Proof of Purchase must also be presented at time of Return.
Returning items that are not in original condition or outside the 30 day timeframe: Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 30 days of you receiving your item.
Faulty Items: Pure Sports & Leisure Ltd abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items. Our Quality Assurance team is committed to ensuring that the items you buy from us are consistently produced in line with our rigid quality specification requirements, including fabrication, construction and fit. If your items are faulty we apologise for the inconvenience.
Please note that if the items are faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused value on the gift card expires 1 year after the date of issue. Please treat your gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you purchased a gift card online and it has not arrived please contact us via our website or phone: 068589412.
Returning an online sale: If returning a product purchased online, you are responsible for the product until it arrives in store and any courier charges incurred.
