Changing Your Mind?

Except for sale items, you can return most things.             If you’ve simply had a change of heart, we’re happy to swap it for something else, give you a gift card, or offer store credit.

Just make sure the item is in its original condition – unused, with all the original packaging and instruction manuals. Don't forget your proof of purchase!

Items Not in Original Condition or After 30 Days? Unless it's faulty, we can't accept returns if the item isn't in its original condition or if it's been more than 30 days since you received it.

Faulty Items

We stand by the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we’re really sorry! Our team checks everything carefully, but sometimes things happen. If something isn't right, please let us know. We might need to send the item to the supplier for assessment before offering a refund or exchange.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can't be returned or exchanged for cash, and any remaining balance expires one year from the date they were issued. Please look after your gift card like cash, as lost or stolen cards can't be replaced. If you bought a gift card online and it hasn't arrived, please contact us on 06 858 9412 or through our website.

Online Returns

If you're returning something you bought online, you're responsible for it until it gets back to our store in Waipukurau, and you'll need to cover any courier costs.

A Few Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on underwear, compression clothing, swimwear, earphones, or mouthguards.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Yes! Just select the Pick Up In-Store option at checkout. We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect from our Waipukurau store at 73 Ruataniwha Street.
